1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the 6winr platform — including the website at 6winr.net, the downloadable Android application, or any associated mobile interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 6winr (the platform operator).

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 6winr platform, close any existing account, and withdraw any remaining balance. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 6winr Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by 6winr.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 6winr platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times to maintain a registered account:

Age Verification

6winr applies a strict 18-years-minimum age policy. Upon registration, you declare that you are aged 18 or above. 6winr reserves the right to request age verification documentation — including a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any time and at its sole discretion. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until age verification has been satisfactorily completed.

If it is determined that an underage individual has accessed the platform, the account will be immediately suspended and closed. Any deposits made will be returned to the payment source where technically possible, and all winnings will be voided in full. 6winr bears no liability for losses incurred by underage players who have circumvented age-verification measures by providing false information.

Geographic Eligibility

6winr is operated as an international platform with a primary focus on the Bangladesh market. 3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the 6winr platform — including depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and placing wagers — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid, accurate, and complete set of registration details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• All information submitted during registration must be truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under different names or contact details — are strictly prohibited.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 6winr accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login details, including your username and password. 6winr strongly recommends selecting a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication (2FA) features. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 6winr immediately by emailing [email protected].

6winr will never contact you to request your password by any means. Any communication purporting to be from 6winr that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

Account Verification (KYC)

In order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to protect all users of the platform, 6winr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents prior to withdrawal processing:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 calendar days of the request — may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure at 6winr's discretion.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits

6winr accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) is ৳200. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer and card methods may differ and are stated at the point of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your 6winr account balance in real time for mobile financial services. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members — are not permitted and may be subject to investigation and return.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by 6winr's payments team and, under normal operating conditions, are completed within 5 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals made during standard processing hours. Processing times for bank transfers and card withdrawals vary by institution and may take up to 3 business days.

6winr reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, up to the value of that deposit. Any winnings above the deposited amount may be withdrawn via any available method registered to your verified account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum single withdrawal: stated in your account settings based on your verification tier and VIP level.
• 6winr does not charge internal processing fees on withdrawals denominated in BDT. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside 6winr's control.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a pending period of up to 24 hours during which the request can be cancelled by the player.

Anti-Money Laundering

6winr maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy. The platform is not to be used as a financial instrument. Depositing funds without wagering activity, and then withdrawing those funds, constitutes suspicious financial activity and will be reviewed by our compliance team. 6winr reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending AML investigation when suspicious patterns are detected.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

6winr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence over general bonus terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to real-money withdrawable funds.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 on eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

6 Gameplay & Fair Use Policy

All games available on the 6winr platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game provider. Technical Failures

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or server failure during a game round, 6winr will use its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the round accordingly. If reconstruction is not possible, the wager for the affected round will be returned to the player's real-money balance. 6winr is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical failures outside its direct control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 6winr platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below — or facilitating such activity on behalf of another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 6winr platform, regardless of whether different names or contact details are used.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification, including false age declarations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or macros to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities in any game, payment system, or platform component. Any player who discovers an error or vulnerability must report it immediately and must not use it. Winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error will be voided.
• Collusion with other players — including chip-dumping in poker variants or coordinating play in live casino games — in order to manipulate outcomes or extract value unfairly.
• Match-fixing or insider betting — placing bets on events in which you have non-public knowledge of the likely outcome, or which you or an associate have taken steps to manipulate.

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at 6winr employees, support agents, or other platform users.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using the platform for any financial transaction intended to obscure the origin of funds.

8 Responsible Gaming Obligations

6winr is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, it is important to seek support. 6winr provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account Settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play, encouraging you to take a break.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

Game content including slot titles, live dealer interfaces, and crash game mechanics remain the intellectual property of their respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). These providers' names and game titles are referenced for identification purposes only.

By registering an account on 6winr, you do not acquire any ownership right, licence, or other intellectual property interest in the platform or any of its content. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or reproduce platform functionality is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6winr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 6winr platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred as a result of wagering activity on the platform.
• Loss of data, account information, or wager history resulting from technical failures or third-party service interruptions.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banking institutions).
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications network failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate password security.

Nothing in these Terms limits 6winr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. 6winr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 6winr account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

6winr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute raised by the player with their payment provider.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is on an active self-exclusion list.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a relevant law enforcement authority.

Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 6winr support at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure (whether voluntary or enforced), you will no longer be able to access the platform, claim bonuses, or place wagers using the closed account. 6winr will retain your account records for the period required by applicable data retention regulations. Closure of your account does not affect 6winr's rights to pursue legal remedies in respect of conduct that occurred prior to closure.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 6winr is incorporated and licensed as an international online gaming operator.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your 6winr account, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting the 6winr support team at [email protected]. 6winr commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a full written response within 14 calendar days of receipt of all relevant information. The vast majority of account and payment disputes are resolved at this stage.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 6winr support team within a reasonable period, you may escalate the matter through any dispute resolution mechanism available under the terms of 6winr's international operating licence. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intention of the parties.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 6winr with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
